Good evening, once again, wrestling world! Tonight’s Monday Night Raw is brought to us live from Portland, Oregon as we continue on the path down the road to WrestleMania. As tensions flare on the way to Elimination Chamber, we will see the fallout from last week’s Raw, including Kurt Angle addressing his future, Jeff Jarrett stepping back into the ring, and an invitation for Becky Lynch to come back to Monday Night Raw. All of this and more in the moments to come!
We start the show with Stephanie McMahon introducing “The Man” Becky Lynch into the ring. She’s greeted with a huge ovation from the Portland crowd. Once in the ring, we are shown the faceoff that ensued between Lynch and Rousey last week. McMahon says she’s never seen someone smile in the face of an angry Rousey the way Lynch did. Lynch reiterates that she is going to “slap the face’ off of Rousey at WrestleMania. McMahon then acknowledges that Lynch is in fact wearing a knee brace and asks if she will be okay for WrestleMania. Lynch, of course, says that she indeed is. McMahon notes that Lynch has refused to seek medical treatment for evaluation of the injured knee. She says that she can not let Lynch compete if she is not cleared by medical staff.

Lynch claims that there is a conspiracy of sorts going on against her. She says that she has scratched and clawed to get to where she is today and she won’t let McMahon or medical doctors take it away from her. McMahon says there are no games being played, and that it is about Lynch’s health. She says that if she will not see a doctor, she will suspend Lynch until she does. Lynch says that she will not be responsible for her actions if she gets suspended. Lynch refuses to seek treatment, thus forcing McMahon to suspend her. McMahon turns to leave, but she is blindsided by Lynch. It takes a team of officials to separate Lynch from McMahon. After the separation, it’s very apparent that the injured knee is bothering Lynch. This gets a reaction from Angle as he invites Corbin to come to the ring. Before Corbin can make his way down, Drew McIntyre’s music hits and he makes his way to the entrance ramp. Strowman wins the exchange and sends McIntyre flying into the barricade.
