Bob Kuechenberg, an offensive lineman who was a member of the Miami Dolphins’ perfect 1972 season, died Saturday at the age of 71.

Kuechenberg was a six-time Professional Bowler in 14 seasons, all with the Dolphins. Together with successful Tremendous Bowl VII as part of Miami’s 17-Zero season, he helped the crew defend the title with a Tremendous Bowl VIII victory.

A primary-team All-Professional honoree in 1978, Kuechenberg performed in 196 profession video games with 176 begins.
